Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mr Art n Magic, every order we receive means someone is about to create something, maybe a school project, maybe a painting, or maybe something more professional. That’s why we don’t treat orders like just parcels.

We try our best to pack everything properly and send it out safely, no matter where you are in Pakistan.

Where We Deliver

We deliver almost everywhere in Pakistan.

This includes major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Abbottabad, and Bahawalpur.

If you’re in a smaller city, town, or even a village, we’ll still deliver there. Just keep in mind that in such areas, delivery can take a little more time depending on the route and courier access.

Delivery Time

We don’t like delays, and we try to send orders as fast as possible.

• In Lahore, orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days

• In other big cities, it normally takes 3 to 5 working days

• For remote areas, it can take around 5 to 7 working days

Sometimes things slow down like during holidays, sales, or busy days but we keep things moving as much as we can.

Shipping Charges

We’ve kept the charges simple so it’s easy to understand:

• A flat fee of Rs. 300 for delivery

• If your order is above Rs. 4,000, then delivery is free

 

Order Process & Tracking

Once you place your order, we don’t just leave it there.

• We usually process orders within 24 hours

• You’ll get a confirmation through call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email

• After dispatch, we send you tracking details so you can check your parcel status

Payment Methods

You can pay in the way that suits you:

• Cash on Delivery – pay when the parcel arrives

• Bank Transfer – if you want to pay before delivery

• EasyPaisa / JazzCash – quick and commonly used options

If Delivery Doesn’t Go Through

Our courier will try to deliver your order two times.

If both attempts fail like if the number is off or no one is available then the order will be cancelled and returned back to us.

A Few Important Things

• Always give a correct phone number so the rider can contact you

• Delays can happen due to weather or courier issues, which are sometimes out of control

• In rare cases, if something you ordered is not in stock, we may cancel it and inform you
