Return & Exchange Policy

At Mr. Art & Magic, we take great pride in the quality of our art supplies and educational materials. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to make it right with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. When Can You Request a Return?

To maintain fairness, we accept return or exchange requests under the following specific conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the item arrived broken or damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect Delivery: If you received a different item than what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package.

2. Time Limit for Requests (48-Hour Window)

Art supplies are delicate, so we require immediate notification. You must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your delivery.

3. Conditions for a Valid Return

To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please make sure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging is intact.

  • You provide the Order Number or a copy of the Invoice.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or at a discount.

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Returns based on personal dislike (Change of mind) after the product is delivered.

5. Seamless Refund Process

If your return is approved, you can choose how you would like to be reimbursed:

  • Refund Method: Direct Bank Transfer or a Store Coupon (valid for your next purchase).

  • Processing Time: Once the item reaches us, please allow 8 to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

  • Fees: We do not charge a refund processing fee. However, please note that the original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for something else:

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Delivery Charges for Exchange: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.

  • Exception: If we sent you the wrong or damaged item, Mr. Art & Magic will cover all shipping charges for the replacement.
